Under Option A, the current Aspen boundary would mostly be split along 11800 South, with the area north of 11800 South remaining at Aspen Elementary School, with the exception of the Sunstone neighborhood, which would go to Bastian. Most of the Aspen area south of 11800 South would go to Oak Leaf, except the Emerson and Copperwood Apartments, which would go to Bastian. The area south of Herriman Blvd. that currently goes to Bastian would be split between Oak Leaf and Herriman Elementary schools. To the south, 6400 West would be the boundary between Oak Leaf and Herriman. An area south of Herriman Main Street, west of 6400 West would move from Oak Leaf to Herriman. All the current Oak Leaf area south of Herriman Main Street, west of approximately 7200 West, including Hi-Country Estates, would move to Butterfield Canyon.
